As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice you will work alongside experienced staff, supporting pupils in their learning and development, while gaining valuable skills and a recognised qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in a friendly and supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in lessons, helping to manage pupil behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Work with small groups or individual pupils, as directed by the teacher, to help them achieve learning goals.

Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.

Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can access learning opportunities.

Promote inclusion and encourage positive interactions among pupils.

Help supervise pupils during break times and school activities.

Participate in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship.

Maintain confidentiality and follow school safeguarding policies at all times.
Skills and Knowledge

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Working hours
Monday - Friday: 9:15am - 3:15pm
