St Joseph’s Catholic High School are looking for a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant apprentice to join their supportive and welcoming school this September!

Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning activities in the classroom under the direction of the teacher

Assist pupils individually or in small groups to help them understand lesson content

Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and participation

Help create an inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported

Promote students’ independence and confidence in their learning

Support the preparation of classroom materials and resources

Uphold safeguarding policies and maintain professionalism at all times

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm
Annual Leave Entitlement:
