Home and Finance General Ltd are looking for 2 Business Administrators to join their friendly team! Within this role you will provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, covering all aspects of their financial arrangements; to advise, arrange and secure the appropriate cover and / or deal with customer enquiries.
Job Description
- Dealing with customer queries
- To help change existing policies
- General admin duties - including filing and photo copying
- Liaising with insurance professionals
- Arranging insurance cover
- Attending in house training sessions to learn about products, systems and procedures
- Answering phone calls

Salary: £6.40 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 17:00pm
Annual Leave Entitlement: 25 day + Bank Holidays
