Key Responsibilities
- Support Quality, Environment & Safety, IT teams with certification requirements
- Work collaboratively with other departments across the business to support corrective action management
- Assist with audits and assessments on operations, processes, risks, policies and procedures
- Monitor and track audit findings
- Use root cause analysis tool when issues are identified and suggest corrective and preventative action plans
- Identify continual improvement initiatives
- Contribute in the change management process
- Document management for in use and historical records
Skills & Personal Qualities
- IT skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and documentation presentation in a good standard
- Interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Time management
