Indelible Data is a growing business offering Cyber Essentials Certification, ISO 27001 consultancy and Penetration Testing. They have more than 500 customers ranging from micro companies to major defence, construction and other multi-nationals.
Job Description
- Managing the diary
- Arrange staff meetings, customer calls etc.
- Preparing customer engagement documentation
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via telephone and email.
- Assisting with travel arrangements for colleagues and documenting expenses
- Assist with managing/recording Cyber Essentials certification renewals
- Minute, produce and distribute accurate records of meetings
- Assisting with invoicing
- Assisting with the organising and promoting Indelible Data Ltd training course
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 9am - 17:00pm
Salary
National Minimum Wage for Apprentice: £6.40 per hour
