Gen2 acts as an intermediary between candidates who want to do an Apprenticeship, and companies wanting to take on an apprentice.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive feedback via email on the standard of your application. We may set your application back to pending and will email you with some suggestions if we think it can be improved. It will then be your responsibility to log back in, make the changes and re-submit your application for it to be reviewed again.

Once your application has been accepted, you will then be invited to sit an aptitude test, so long as you pass the tests, your details will be made available to local employers looking to take on an apprentice. Employers set their own individual criteria, then carry out their own shortlisting & should they be interested,we will contact you to arrange an interview. This can happen at anytime between now and September 2020.

Good luck with your application and if you have any questions, please email recruitment@gen2.ac.uk and a member of the Gen2 Operational Recruitment Team will get back to you.
